In the Akyazı district of Sakarya, 10 people were injured in an accident where an ambulance collided with a service minibus, including 3 health personnel.
AMBULANCE COLLIDED WITH SERVICE MINIBUS
The accident occurred in the evening hours at the Akyazı Erdoğan Junction on the D-140 Adapazarı–Nallıhan–Ankara highway. The moving ambulance collided with the service minibus.
10 PEOPLE INJURED
In the accident, a total of 10 people were injured, including 3 health personnel on duty in the ambulance. Citizens nearby who witnessed the accident rushed to help and reported the situation to the 112 Emergency Call Center. Upon notification, a large number of health and gendarmerie teams were dispatched to the scene.
The injured were taken to Akyazı State Hospital and nearby hospitals for treatment after the first interventions were made at the scene. Gendarmerie teams have launched an investigation into the accident.
