In the bribery investigation against Antalya Metropolitan Municipality, former secretary general Serkan Temuçin and businessman Çağrı G. were detained again because, despite becoming informants, they did not fully disclose what they knew.
Two people were detained as part of the investigation into the Antalya Metropolitan Municipality.
NEW ARREST WARRANT ISSUED
Upon the instruction of the Antalya Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, teams from the Provincial Police Department's Anti-Smuggling and Organized Crime Branch issued a new arrest warrant for former Antalya Metropolitan Municipality Secretary General Serkan Temuçin and businessman Çağrı G., on the grounds that, despite being confessors in the bribery investigation, they did not fully disclose what they knew.
The suspects were taken into custody in the operation carried out.
SUSPECTS TO BE REFERRED TO COURT AFTER POLICE PROCEDURES
The suspects will be referred to the courthouse after the procedures at the police station. Serkan Temuçin and Çağrı G., who were detained as part of the investigation into the Antalya Metropolitan Municipality, had previously been released under judicial control measures because they were confessors.
