The Minister of Culture and Tourism, Mehmet Nuri Ersoy, evaluated the initiatives in the fields of culture, art, and tourism implemented in 2025 through social media. The Minister stated that the cultural and artistic centers of Turkey's three major cities had a record year. The AKM in Istanbul hosted 2,276 events throughout the year, attracting 2,775,622 visitors, while CSO Ada in Ankara organized 570 events with 315,467 visitors, and the Izmir Culture and Art Factory welcomed 600,000 visitors at 540 events.

ATATÜRK CULTURE CENTER HOSTED 2 MILLION 775 THOUSAND 622 VISITORS
Affiliated with the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, the cultural and art centers of Turkey's three major cities surpassed a record year in 2025 with the number of visitors and events reached.
Atatürk Culture Center, one of the iconic venues of Istanbul, continued to be one of the addresses where the heart of art beats throughout 2025. The 2,276 events held throughout the year welcomed 2 million 775 thousand 622 visitors. The rich program ranging from performing arts to exhibitions, concerts to discussions brought together millions of art lovers at AKM.
CSO ADA ANKARA BECAME THE RISING STAR OF THE CAPITAL
CSO Ada Ankara, which has become the center of music and performing arts in the capital Ankara, hosted 570 events in 2025. 315 thousand 467 art lovers gathered at concerts and events throughout the year.
IZMIR CULTURE ART FACTORY HOSTED 540 EVENTS
After the restoration, renovation, and reconstruction works carried out in accordance with its original form by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, the Izmir Culture Art Factory, which was reactivated, also received intense interest in 2025. The center, which hosted 600 thousand visitors at 540 events, made a strong contribution to the cultural life of the Aegean Region with its structure where art meets production.
Minister Ersoy emphasized in his post that they will continue to work towards the goals of the Turkey Century with steps that strengthen culture, art, and tourism, highlighting that these successes were built together with all stakeholders.
