Israeli Army Spokesman Avichay Adraee announced via the social media platform X that the official representatives of the Iranian government must leave Lebanon within 24 hours.
Adraee claimed that the Israeli army would not tolerate the Iranian presence in Lebanon, stating, "There will be no safe place for representatives of the Iranian regime in Lebanon. The Israeli army will target them wherever they may be."
DIPLOMATIC MISSION QUESTION REMAINS UNANSWERED
The Israeli army did not respond to the question of whether the threat included military and civilian diplomats serving at Iran's embassy in Lebanon.
On the other hand, the Israeli army had previously claimed that Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) Quds Force Lebanon Brigade Commander Davud Alizadeh was killed in an attack carried out on Tehran.

In a statement made by the Israeli army in the early hours of Monday, March 2, it was reported that sirens were activated in the north of the country after detecting missile fire from Lebanon.
Following this, the Israeli army announced that it had launched airstrikes across Lebanon, targeting the capital Beirut, and decided to expand its ground invasion in Lebanon, conducting intense attacks from the air and sea.
