People gathered at key points in Tehran, the capital of Iran, to protest against the attacks by the US and Israel on Iran. Thousands of people were seen gathering in the area.
As the attacks by the US and Israel on Iran continue, protests are escalating in many parts of Iran, especially in the capital Tehran.
PROTESTS IN TEHRAN ARE GROWING
Iranians gathered at key points in the city upon the call of the Islamic Propagation Coordination Council. Crowds gathered in the squares reacted to the attacks by the US and Israel on Iran.
In the protests where slogans against the US and Israel were chanted, messages of support for the Iranian government were conveyed.
US-ISRAEL ATTACKS ON IRAN
On February 28, while negotiations continued between Tehran and Washington, Israel and the US launched a military attack on Iran.
Iran responded with attacks on targets it identified in several regional countries, including Qatar, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), and Bahrain, where US bases are located, in addition to Israel.
In the US-Israel attacks, many high-ranking officials, including Iranian leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, were killed.
Iran's Health Ministry Spokesperson Hossein Kermanpur announced that 867 people lost their lives in the US-Israel attacks.
