Ankara 10th Criminal Court of Peace has imposed an access ban on 55 digital channels belonging to Halis Bayancuk, known publicly as "Ebu Hanzala," and the Tevhid Magazine organization. Following a police request and a decision by the Information and Communication Technologies Authority (BTK), one website, 16 Instagram accounts, 21 YouTube channels, and 17 X accounts have been blocked to protect national security and public order.

Ankara 10th Criminal Judgeship of Peace imposed access restrictions on numerous social media accounts belonging to Halis Bayancuk, known publicly as "Ebu Hanzala," Murat Gezenler, Özcan Yıldırım, and the Tevhid Dergisi structure.

55 DIFFERENT URL ADDRESSES BLOCKED

Upon the request of the General Directorate of Security and the decision of the Information Technologies and Communication Authority (BTK), these digital channels were blocked on the grounds of protecting national security and public order.

Within the scope of the file examined by the judgeship, Article 8/A of Law No. 5651 on Regulating Publications on the Internet was applied. The judgeship formally approved the administrative measure decision as being in accordance with procedure and law, for the prevention of crime and the protection of public order and national security.

Under the decision, content removal and access blocking were finalized for a total of 55 different URL addresses, including 1 official website, 16 Instagram accounts, 21 YouTube channels, and 17 X (Twitter) accounts belonging to the structure.

RIGHT TO OBJECTION EXISTS

Against the decision notified to the BTK, the relevant parties have the right to object to Ankara 11th Criminal Judgeship of Peace within two weeks.
