In Kahramanmaraş, following the February 6 earthquakes, beneficiaries allocated disaster housing and workplaces will be able to carry out their indebtedness procedures via e-Devlet. Payments will be made over an 18-year term. Those who want to pay off their debt in full upfront can benefit from a 74 percent discount on residences and 48 percent on workplaces; the deadline for this is December 31, 2026.
In Kahramanmaraş, following the February 6 earthquakes, debt and payment procedures have been initiated for citizens who are entitled and have been allocated disaster housing and workplaces.
PROCEDURES VIA E-GOVERNMENT
After the February 6 earthquakes centered in Kahramanmaraş, a new period has begun in the debt process for citizens entitled to permanent housing and workplaces whose construction has been completed in the disaster area. In the process carried out under Law No. 7269, citizens whose lottery draw has been completed and who have been allocated housing or workplaces will be able to carry out their debt procedures through the e-Government portal.
18-YEAR TERM, 74 PERCENT DISCOUNT FOR UPFRONT PAYMENT
For citizens who complete their debt procedures, payments will be applied with an 18-year term starting from the first installment date. An important discount opportunity is offered for entitled holders who want to pay their debt upfront. Citizens applying to any Ziraat Bank branch will be able to benefit from a 74 percent upfront payment discount for disaster housing and 48 percent for workplaces.
DEADLINE DECEMBER 31
Entitled holders who want to benefit from the upfront payment discount must complete their debt and payment procedures by December 31, 2026 at the latest.
