In Aksaray, a car crashed into a minibus that had pulled over to the emergency lane to change a flat tire. In the accident, 2 people died, and 7 others, including 3 children, were injured.
Ahmet Deniz (28), who was traveling from Mardin to Istanbul by minibus, parked his vehicle with the license plate 34 BMA 234 on the emergency lane when a tire burst on the Niğde-Ankara highway. Deniz then wanted to change the tire by signaling. At that moment, a car with the license plate 46 MA 5158, driven by Ahmet Raouk (46), a Syrian national, crashed into Ahmet Deniz, his relatives who were helping him, and the minibus.
2 PEOPLE DIED AT THE SCENE
In the accident, Ahmet Deniz's sister İrem Deniz (20) and driver Ahmet Raouk lost their lives, while driver Ahmet Deniz, and his relatives Murat Deniz (26), Bahar Deniz (22), İryal Deniz (53), Aryanur Deniz (6), İlknur Deniz (8), and Miraç Deniz (1) were injured. The injured were taken to Aksaray Training and Research Hospital by ambulances. While the treatment of the injured continues, an investigation has been initiated regarding the accident.
