A striking statement has come from Croatia, a European country, regarding the ongoing war in the Middle East. President Zoran Milanovic harshly criticized the current Israeli government, stating, "Israel is currently being run by a criminal gang, and this gang wants to drag the world into war."

Croatian President Zoran Milanovic made statements regarding the conflicts between Israel and Iran during his participation in a cultural event held in the capital of Croatia, Zagreb.

"ONE SHOULD NOT DO BUSINESS WITH SUCH A STATE AND SUCH A GOVERNMENT"

Milanovic stated, "Israel acts as it wishes, just as it has for decades. This is completely clear. One should not do business with such a state and such a government."

"ISRAEL IS CURRENTLY RUN BY A CRIMINAL GANG"

Emphasizing that his views on Israel differ from those of the Croatian government, President Milanovic said, "Israel is currently run by a criminal gang, and this gang wants to drag the world into war. Unfortunately, they have the support of Washington while doing this. Someone wants to provoke a global conflict. They are doing this through bullying, cunning, and with American weapons." Milanovic also added that Croatia should recognize the state of Palestine.

"I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE HOLOCAUST THAT HAPPENED 100 YEARS AGO"

Milanovic emphasized the need for open discussion regarding Israel's policies, stating, "Because I am not responsible for the Holocaust that happened 100 years ago. No one in today's Croatian politics is responsible for it either. So we do not need to speak with any sense of inferiority or guilt about history. The criminals should be referred to by the names they deserve, and some individuals in the current Israeli administration are criminals."

"I DON'T CARE AT ALL"

Milanovic stated, "Whatever the Israeli Embassy or the Ministry of Foreign Affairs says about this, I don't care at all."

Croatian President Milanovic had previously criticized Israel, particularly its actions in Palestine, and had clearly expressed that he no longer views Israel with sympathy.

Milanovic was re-elected for a second term with a record 75% of the votes in the presidential election held in January.
