TECHNICAL MALFUNCTION OCCURRED
In a statement from the National Air Traffic Services (NATS), it was reported that a technical malfunction occurred at the NATS Stanwick air traffic center. The statement indicated that flights at the London control center were restricted due to the technical malfunction, and it was stated, "Our engineers are working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. At this stage, we cannot say when operations will return to normal."
FLIGHTS CANCELLED
A post on the social media account of London Gatwick Airport also mentioned that a technical malfunction occurred, stating, "A technical issue affecting NATS is impacting all international flights across the country.
