According to the information received, on August 10, a dispute arose between Ali Memduh Bucak, a member of the Bucak tribe, and a driver over yielding in traffic. Bucak, who got out of his car, shot the driver in the leg with the gun he took from his waist.
ARRESTED WITH THE PROSECUTOR'S OBJECTION
After the incident, Bucak was detained, and he was released to be tried without detention under "house arrest" judicial control measures after the complainant withdrew their complaint. Following the objection of the Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor's Office to the decision, Bucak was arrested by the Ankara 4th Criminal Court of Peace for "intentional injury."
