In a traffic accident in Balıkesir's Edremit district, a car flipped over and overturned. Fortunately, no one was killed or injured in the accident.
ACCIDENT OCCURRED DURING LANE CHANGE
According to the information obtained, while the car, moving from traffic lights, was traveling in the middle lane, a truck in the left lane attempted to change lanes. It was learned that the truck hit the left rear part of the car, causing it to lose control, swerve, and flip over.
VEHICLE STOPPED BY HITTING MEDIAN AND WIRE FENCES
The overturned vehicle came to a stop upside down after hitting roadside medians and wire fences. Upon notification by citizens who witnessed the accident, police, health, and fire brigade teams were dispatched to the scene.
NO LOSS OF LIFE OR INJURIES
While teams took security measures at the scene, the fact that there was no loss of life or injuries in the accident was considered a great stroke of luck. Traffic in the area was controlled for a while due to the accident. An investigation into the accident has been initiated.
