North Korea strongly reacted to the military attacks by the USA and Israel against Iran. A spokesperson for the North Korean Foreign Ministry stated that Washington and its allies were interfering in Iran's internal affairs, describing the actions as "illegal attacks."
"THREATENING REGIONAL PEACE"
The North Korean spokesperson indicated that the attacks by the USA and Israel threaten regional peace and security, expressing that these steps escalate instability worldwide.
The statement included, "We are seriously concerned about and strongly condemn the aggressive actions of the USA and Israel that undermine the foundations of regional peace and security and increase global instability through illegal military attacks against Iran."
"INTERFERENCE IN IRAN'S POLITICAL SYSTEM IS UNACCEPTABLE"
The spokesperson stated that statements and military moves targeting Iran's political system are unacceptable.
North Korea emphasized that threats and military actions aimed at changing a country's political order should be criticized by the international community, calling for respect for Iran's sovereignty and territorial integrity.
"WE RESPECT THE CHOICE OF THE IRANIAN PEOPLE"
North Korea also referred to the announcement that the Iranian Experts Assembly has elected a new leader of the Islamic Revolution. The Pyongyang administration stated that they respect the right of the Iranian people to choose their highest leader, emphasizing that the country's internal political preferences should not be subject to external intervention.
REPEATED STATEMENTS FROM KIM AFTER THE WAR
