The Ministry of Justice has initiated the application process for eight notaries, which are expected to generate a total revenue of 129 million TL in 2024 and approach 170 million TL in 2025. However, there are no applicants for notaries in some regions. In particular, there were no applications for the fifth announcement made for the Seventh Notary in Erzurum.
The Ministry of Justice has initiated the application process for eight notaries whose gross income exceeds 129 million lira and is expected to approach 170 million lira in the new year. However, it is noteworthy that despite high earnings in certain regions, there are no applicants for the notaries.
Vacancies arising from age limits in notaries in Turkey have brought a new discussion to the agenda. The General Directorate of Legal Affairs of the Ministry of Justice announced that the application process has begun for eight notaries with a very high income potential. These notaries, which generated a total income of over 129 million TL in 2024, are expected to approach 170 million TL with the revaluation rates in the new year.

ERZURUM SEVENTH NOTARY REMAINS UNAPPLIED
One of the most unresolved issues for the Ministry is the Erzurum Seventh Notary. Despite its income potential, this notary has been announced for the fifth time due to the conditions in the city, but again no applications have been made. While there is intense application for notaries in many regions of Turkey, this indifference in Erzurum has become one of the issues awaiting a solution from the Ministry of Justice.
