According to reports from CNN Brazil, the businessman, who lives in the state of Rio Grande do Sul, officially registered his will on June 12, 2025, in the presence of two witnesses and an official at the 9th Notary Office in Porto Alegre. The document stated that Neymar is the sole beneficiary.
While the total value of the inheritance has not been disclosed, local sources reported that the will includes real estate, company shares, and various investments.

The businessman, who requested to remain anonymous, said, "I love Neymar and I identify with him a lot. I also deal with slanders, and I am devoted to my family. His relationship with his father reminds me of my late father, and most importantly, he is not a self-serving person. Such individuals are quite rare these days."
He also mentioned that he is struggling with health issues and stated that Neymar's life story has deeply affected him.
