CHIEF INSPECTOR KILLED THE MAN NEXT TO HIS WIFE
The incident occurred yesterday in a site located in the Çaydaçıra neighborhood. Chief Inspector M.K. came home around noon. Upon entering, M.K. encountered O.Ö. (44) inside. Following a fight that broke out, the chief inspector fired multiple shots with the gun he drew from his waist. O.Ö. died at the scene.
RELEASED UNDER JUDICIAL CONTROL CONDITIONS
Upon notification, health and police teams were dispatched to the scene. The lifeless body of the deceased person was taken to the morgue of Fırat University Hospital for an autopsy. The chief inspector, who was taken into custody, was referred to the courthouse after the procedures were completed at the Provincial Police Department. A judicial control decision was issued for the suspect brought before the duty court.
