Talha D. (25), who made his dog run on the street for a long time tied to a motorcycle in Seyrantepe, was caught by the Kağıthane Patrol Teams Headquarters police. The dog, taken into custody, was determined not to have been subjected to ill-treatment under veterinary control. Talha D., who was fined 8,678 lira, was released by the judicial authorities.
The incident occurred on Wednesday, May 6, in the Kağıthane Seyrantepe District. According to the information obtained, it was determined that a person was making the dog run behind the vehicle tied to a motorcycle on the street. After examining the footage, police teams reached the motorcycle's license plate information and identified the driver as Talha D.
KAĞITHANE POLICE CAUGHT HIM
Kağıthane Patrol Teams Headquarters police, who initiated an investigation, caught Talha D. in the Sultan Selim District. While the dog was taken into custody, checks were carried out by veterinarians working at the District Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry. The checks determined that the dog was not subjected to ill-treatment.
