MINIBUS DRIVER LOST CONTROL OF THE STEERING WHEEL
The accident occurred on the Aydın-Denizli Highway in the Sultanhisar district. According to the information obtained, the minibus driven by Mehmet Fuat Ceng (23) went out of control as a result of the driver losing control of the steering wheel for an unknown reason. The swerving minibus crashed through the barriers and flew into a field on the roadside. In the accident, the minibus driver Ceng and the passengers in the vehicle, A.A. (16) and E.E. (14), were injured. Those who saw the accident reported the situation to the 112 Emergency Call Center. Upon the notification, health, police, gendarmerie, and fire brigade teams were dispatched to the region. Teams from the Aydın Metropolitan Municipality Fire Department, who arrived at the scene in a short time, removed the injured from the minibus and handed them over to the health teams.
INVESTIGATION INTO THE ACCIDENT CONTINUES
The injured, whose first interventions were made by health teams, were taken to the hospital by ambulances. Among the injured taken under treatment at the hospital, minibus driver Mehmet Fuat Ceng could not be saved despite all the efforts of the doctors and lost his life. While the news of Ceng's death plunged his loved ones into grief, it was learned that the treatment of the other 2 injured people is ongoing.
