In the Gölköy district of the army, 100-year-old Emine Akdeniz and her 55-year-old daughter Leyla Akdeniz lost their lives due to carbon monoxide gas leaking from the stove. An investigation has been initiated regarding the incident.
Emine Akdeniz (100) and her daughter Leyla Akdeniz (55), who were poisoned by carbon monoxide gas leaking from a stove in the Gölköy district of Ordu, lost their lives. The incident occurred last night in the Paşapınar neighborhood of Gölköy district. Relatives who had not heard from Emine Akdeniz and her daughter Leyla Akdeniz for a while went to their home. Upon entering the house, relatives and neighborhood residents found the mother and daughter motionless. Health and gendarmerie teams were dispatched to the address upon notification.
MOTHER AND DAUGHTER COULD NOT BE SAVED
Initial investigations revealed that the mother and daughter were affected by carbon monoxide gas leaking from a coal stove. Emine Akdeniz and Leyla Akdeniz, who were taken to the hospital, could not be saved. The mother and daughter were buried in the Paşapınar neighborhood, and an investigation was launched regarding the incident.
