Due to the pasture ban implemented in Kars, the producer who cannot graze his animals has observed abnormal behaviors caused by stress in his herd, while the animals have started to eat each other's wool in the pen. After the applications went unanswered, the farmer, who was designated as a "model producer," sought help from the authorities.
The pasture ban implemented in Kars has put producers who rely on livestock in a difficult situation. Striking images have emerged from a producer's herd that cannot take their animals to pasture.
ANIMALS UNABLE TO GO TO PASTURE REMAINED IN THE PEN
Due to the pasture ban, the producer's herd had to stay in a closed area for a long time. Following this situation, it was observed that the animals became stressed and started to eat each other's wool.
APPLICATIONS REMAINED UNANSWERED
It was learned that the applications made by the producer regarding the problems they faced remained unanswered due to the "commission decision" rationale. The refusal to allow pasture use caused a reaction from the producer.
"MODEL PRODUCER" REQUESTED HELP
The farmer, previously described as a "model producer" by the Minister of Agriculture and Forestry, İbrahim Yumaklı, recorded a video to announce their grievances and called on the authorities for help.
