The Social Security Institution (SGK) continues to provide e-Government services to citizens, which is an important step in Turkey's digital transformation process. As of September 2025, 180 different SGK services will be available through the e-Government platform, with 167 of them also accessible via mobile devices.

DIGITAL EASE IN SGK TRANSACTIONS



With the innovations implemented in line with the Ministry of Labor and Social Security's vision for digitalization, citizens and employers can now complete many transactions in seconds.



Citizens can securely access their SGK information by logging into the system via the website "www.turkiye.gov.tr" using a password, e-signature, or mobile signature.



As of September 2025, 180 different SGK services will be offered through e-Government, 167 of which will also be available for use on mobile devices.



THE MOST APPLICATIONS ARE FOR SGK REGISTRATION AND SERVICE STATEMENT



The sections that users apply to the most are SGK registration and service statement, retirement date inquiry, 4A pension payment information, 4A/4B disability payment viewing, and service statements for the last 6 months. Millions of people have saved both time and cost by completing their transactions in seconds thanks to these services offered in the digital environment.



In recent years, thanks to innovative applications made accessible through e-Government, monthly transfers abroad can be made, public officials' borrowing and voluntary insurance applications can be conducted electronically, foreign service and residence documents can be issued, requests from heirs of deceased insured individuals can be received online, notifications are delivered electronically through the SGK e-Notification system, employers can obtain passwords and change e-Declaration users via e-Government, 4B premium payments, debt inquiries, and agricultural deduction amounts can be viewed, and "no debt" documents under Law No. 5510 can be obtained online.



DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION PROVIDES SPEED TO CITIZENS AND EFFICIENCY TO THE PUBLIC



The services carried out through the e-Government platform enable millions of citizens to complete their transactions without going to public institutions. Thus, both the quality of life of citizens is improved, and the workload of public institutions is significantly reduced.



The Ministry of Labor and Social Security aims to further strengthen the e-Government integration in SGK services in the future and to introduce new citizen-focused conveniences in line with its vision for digitalization.
