In the Anatolian side, mixed rain continues to be effective in the high areas of Sancaktepe and Sultanbeyli, while on the European side, it is ongoing in Bahçelievler. The rain that was effective in Sultangazi in the morning turned into mixed rain with the cooling of the weather in the evening.
STORM WARNING FROM THE ISTANBUL GOVERNORSHIP
The Istanbul Governorship requested that precautions be taken against possible disruptions in transportation due to the storm expected to start on Sunday morning in the Sea of Marmara and the Western Black Sea.
In a statement from the governorship, it was noted that according to the latest assessments made by the General Directorate of Meteorology, it is predicted that the wind in the western part of the Western Black Sea (Istanbul-Kırklareli) will blow as a storm from the northern directions with a strength of 6 to 8 (50-75 km/h) starting from the early hours of Sunday, and that the storm is expected to lose its effect after Monday evening.
