50-year-old Muhammed Ali Kavuk, who had not been heard from for 15 days in the Artuklu district of Mardin, was found dead in his home where he lived alone.
RELATIVES NOTIFIED THE POLICE
The incident occurred late at night in the Ulucami neighborhood of the Artuklu district. Relatives of Kavuk, who is reported to be of foreign nationality, notified police after not hearing from him for a long time.
DOOR FORCED OPEN TO ENTER
Upon the report, medical, fire, and police teams were dispatched to the address. Breaking the door open, the teams found Kavuk motionless. Checks confirmed he had died.
CAUSE OF DEATH TO BE DETERMINED BY AUTOPSY
Kavuk's body was taken to the morgue at Mardin Training and Research Hospital to determine the exact cause of death.
