The usual pattern of men being accused in sexual harassment cases has been reversed this time. Lorna Hajdini, a senior executive at U.S. banking giant JPMorgan, has been accused of drugging and abusing a male subordinate under her command, as well as subjecting him to racist remarks and pressure. The male employee, who filed a lawsuit under the pseudonym 'John Doe,' claimed he was forced into non-consensual sexual acts by his manager and has initiated a legal battle.

JPMorgan Chase, one of the largest financial institutions in the US, is in the spotlight due to a lawsuit filed against a senior executive.

According to a report by the New York Post, a lawsuit has been filed against Lorna Hajdini, identified as a senior executive at the company, by a male employee alleging serious accusations including sexual abuse, threats, and racist remarks.

EMPLOYEE WITH HIDDEN IDENTITY FILES LAWSUIT

According to the court documents, the victim is an employee whose identity is kept confidential as "John Doe." It is stated that the employee claims to have been subjected to abuse shortly after joining the company.

ALLEGATION OF "ABUSE UNDER THREAT AND PRESSURE"

Among the allegations, it is claimed that the victim was forced into non-consensual sexual acts for months and was threatened that their career would be ruined if they refused. It is also alleged that the employee was controlled by being given medication.

RACIST SLURS

The court documents also include allegations that the victim was subjected to racist and degrading remarks throughout the process.

THE SITUATION WORSENED OVER TIME

According to the allegations, the incidents began shortly after the employee joined the company and it is claimed that the pressure, threats, and abuse intensified over time.

While the progress of the lawsuit is being followed with curiosity, the incident recalls the 1994 film "Disclosure" starring Demi Moore and Michael Douglas. In the film, Douglas accuses Moore of harassment.
