In the Anamur district of Mersin, a tractor fell into a ravine, resulting in the death of the driver and the passenger beside him. An investigation has been initiated regarding the incident.
Two people lost their lives in an accident that occurred when a tractor rolled off a cliff in the Anamur district of Mersin.
The accident took place yesterday in the Malaklar neighborhood near the water reservoir in the district. According to the information received, the tractor with license plate 33 BD 580, driven by Adem Bulut (49), rolled off the cliff.
INVESTIGATION INTO THE ACCIDENT IS CONTINUING
In the accident, driver Bulut and his companion İsmet Duman (60) lost their lives at the scene. After those who noticed the accident reported it, gendarmerie teams were dispatched to the scene. Following the investigation, the bodies were retrieved from the cliff and taken to the hospital morgue for autopsy.
The investigation into the accident is ongoing.
