A husband who threatened and assaulted his wife in the İlkadım district of Samsun was arrested after being taken into custody. E.A., despite being released under judicial control previously, returned home and insulted and abused his wife.
COURT RELEASED
According to the information obtained, E.N.A. (35), a mother of two, filed a complaint claiming she was threatened and insulted by her husband E.A. (40). Following this, E.A. was taken into custody by the teams of the Domestic Violence and Women's Rights Unit of the İlkadım District Police Department. The suspect was brought to court yesterday and was released under judicial control.
ARRESTED THIS TIME AFTER ASSAULTING HIS WIFE
After his release, E.A. reportedly went home again in the evening and threatened, insulted, and assaulted his wife. Following the woman's complaint, the suspect was taken into custody again by the police teams and was transferred to the Samsun Courthouse today. E.A., who gave a statement to the duty court, was arrested this time and sent to Samsun Type T Closed Prison.
