The incident occurred on Çaybaşı Street in the Altıntop neighborhood of Merkezefendi district. According to information obtained, wig seller Serdar Değneli (43), who was walking from Çaybaşı Street to his shop on Gazi Mustafa Kemal Street, suddenly fell ill and entered a bakery on the street. Değneli, who asked the staff for water, collapsed after drinking the water while heading to the sink to wash his face.

The bakery staff, noticing the situation, called the 112 Emergency Call Center for help. Health teams dispatched to the scene determined that Serdar Değneli had died after their check. Following the work of the crime scene investigation teams, Değneli's body was taken to the Forensic Medicine Institute morgue to determine the cause of death.

It was learned that Serdar Değneli, who lost his life, had a wig sales shop on Gazi Mustafa Kemal Street. An investigation into the incident has been launched.
