                    In the Vezirköprü district of Samsun, the lifeless body of 38-year-old Tuğba Yılmaz, who was reported to have epilepsy, was found as a result of a search conducted by her relatives in a field.
                    
                    
                       
A woman who was reported to be an epilepsy patient was found dead in a field as a result of search efforts by her relatives in Samsun.
EPILEPSY PATIENT WOMAN FOUND DEAD IN A FIELD
The incident occurred in the Esenyurt neighborhood of the Vezirköprü district. According to the information obtained, relatives of Tuğba Yılmaz (38), who had not been heard from, went out to search for her in the area. During the search conducted in the rural area of Esenyurt, Tuğba Yılmaz was found motionless in a field 200 meters away from her home by her relatives. Health teams determined that the epilepsy patient had passed away.
In the investigation conducted by the gendarmerie and the prosecutor's office, no signs of assault or evidence suggesting murder were found on Yılmaz's body. The lifeless body of Tuğba Yılmaz was sent to the Samsun Group Presidency of the Forensic Medicine Institution for the determination of the exact cause of death. The investigation is ongoing.
