TAKEN INTO CUSTODY AFTER HOSPITAL TREATMENT
O.S., who was left covered in blood as a result of the beating, was taken to Samsun City Hospital by health teams dispatched to the scene upon a report. After his treatment at the hospital was completed, the 75-year-old suspect was taken into custody by teams from the Gökçepınar Gendarmerie Station Command.
DENIED THE ALLEGATIONS AND WAS REFERRED TO THE COURT
O.S., who was learned to have rejected the sexual abuse allegations during his interrogation at the gendarmerie station, was referred to the Samsun Courthouse on charges of "sexual abuse of a child" after his procedures were completed. The judicial process regarding the incident continues.
