After the attacks, the exiled Pahlavi: Hand over the government to me before more blood is shed.

The exiled son of the deposed Iranian Shah Mohammad Reza Pahlavi, Reza Pahlavi, made a statement following the joint attack by the US and Israel on Iran. Pahlavi said, "Surrender to the Iranian people. Declare your commitment to my program and the transition system. And hand over the government to me without further bloodshed."

As the joint attacks of the US and Israel on Iran continue into their second day, Ayatollah Ali Rıza Arifi has been temporarily appointed to replace the slain Iranian Religious Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei. While the attacks persist in the region, a statement has come from Reza Pahlavi, the exiled son of Iran's last Shah, Mohammad Reza Pahlavi, who was overthrown in the 1979 Islamic Revolution. Pahlavi said, "Surrender to the Iranian people. Declare your commitment to my program and the transition system. And hand over the government to me without further bloodshed."

"THE DEVIL KHAMENEI IS GONE"

Here is the full statement from Reza Pahlavi:

“My fellow citizens,

The tyrant of our time, the devil Ali Khamenei, who ordered the killing of tens of thousands of Iran's best sons just a few weeks ago, is gone.

With his and the shameful deaths of many of those he appointed and his collaborators, the Islamic Republic is taking its last breaths. With your determination and courage, it will soon be thrown into the dustbin of history.

The great Iranian nation wants the complete collapse of the Islamic Republic, and we will overthrow this evil regime.

"HAND OVER THE GOVERNMENT TO ME"

My message to the remaining officials of this terrorist republic is as follows:

Surrender to the Iranian people. Declare your commitment to my program and the transition system. And hand over the government to me without further bloodshed.

The attempts of the remnants of the regime to appoint someone in place of Khamenei have already ended in failure. Whoever they bring in his place will not only lack legitimacy but will also be complicit in the regime's crimes.

I call upon the country's army, police, and security forces:

Your weapons should be for the defense of the great Iranian nation; not for the defense of the guilty republic and its anti-Iranian thugs and criminals. Join the Iranian people and the revolution of the sun and moon. Use your weapons to protect Iranians from the mercenaries of the Islamic Republic regime. Thus, this 47-year nightmare may come to an end sooner.

Although the death of the guilty Khamenei does not atone for the blood that has been shed, it may be a consolation to the burning hearts of fathers, mothers, spouses, children, and grieving sisters and brothers; and a peace for the proud families of those who sacrificed their lives for the revolution of Iran's milky sun.

"WE WILL OVERTHROW THE ISLAMIC REPUBLIC"

The noble and brave nation of Iran,

While the death of Zahhak Zamaneh may mark the beginning of our great national celebration, it is not the end of the road. Stay alert. Be prepared. The time for a great and determined presence in the streets is very near.

I ask you to show your satisfaction and support for the crushing of the Islamic Republic every night with a slogan while protecting your safety, and to shout your demands for the future of Iran. My strength comes from your strength and support.

I address the Iranians abroad who have been tirelessly working to be the voice of our citizens in Iran for weeks: Increase your efforts. Convey the support of the Iranian people for this humanitarian intervention and our demand for the complete overthrow of the regime to the world.

We have critical days ahead. Together, we will walk the path to victory. And we will overthrow the Islamic Republic.

The Resolve of Iran,

Reza Pahlavi”
