According to sources from the Iranian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Swiss Ambassador was informed that Israel's attacks are "an act that violates international law and deepens instability in the region." The Tehran administration clearly warned the U.S., which it sees as an indirect supporter of the attacks.

Officials also emphasized that attacks on Iranian territory threaten not only the country's sovereignty but also regional peace.

WHAT HAPPENED?

Iran had announced that many high-ranking military officials and nuclear scientists lost their lives due to the attacks carried out by Israel. It was stated that Iranian Chief of General Staff Mohammad Bagheri was killed in the Israeli attack; among the casualties were Commander of the Revolutionary Guards Corps Hossein Salami, former head of the Iranian Atomic Energy Agency Fereydoun Abbasi, and nuclear scientist Mohammad Mehdi Tehranchi.

A total of 78 people lost their lives in the Israeli attacks, while 329 others were injured.
