The targets of the attacks included the Natanz Nuclear Facility located in the provinces of Tabriz, Kermanshah, Khuzestan, Ilam, and Isfahan, as well as other regions. It was also reported that the area around the Tabriz Refinery in East Azerbaijan province, northwest air defense systems, Shahid Fakouri Air Base in Tabriz, the Karamelek-Dizelabad region, the Ashura Army, and the Khasban Corps area, along with the observation base in Merage, were among the points targeted by Israel.



78 PEOPLE KILLED



Iranian media reported that as a result of the attacks carried out by Israel on residential areas in Tehran, 78 people lost their lives, and 329 were injured.



WHAT HAPPENED?



In the early morning, Israel had launched attacks on Iran's capital Tehran, the Natanz nuclear facility in Tabriz and Isfahan, as well as the cities of Lorestan, Kermanshah, Shiraz, Khuzestan, Hamadan, and Qom.



Among those killed in the attacks were high-ranking military officials, including Iranian Chief of General Staff Major General Mohammad Bagheri, Commander of the Revolutionary Guards Major General Hossein Salami, Commander of the Hatemul Enbiya Central Headquarters Major General Gholamali Rashid, and Commander of the Revolutionary Guards Air and Space Forces Brigadier General Amir Ali Hajizadeh, as well as 6 nuclear scientists.



It was reported that civilian residential areas were also hit in Israel's attacks in Tehran, resulting in the deaths of many civilians, including women and children.



Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu stated that they were attacking Iran and said that the attacks would continue "until the danger is eliminated." Israeli Defense Minister Yisrael Katz announced that a state of emergency had been declared in the country.



The Israeli army stated that more than 200 fighter jets participated in the attacks, and it was noted that drones were also used.
