In inspections carried out in the Çayırova district of Kocaeli, a chicken meat processing facility operating without a license and under unsanitary conditions was sealed. Expired products were also found in the establishment.
A chicken meat cutting facility operating without a license and under unsanitary conditions in the Çayırova district of Kocaeli has been sealed.
Teams from the Çayırova Municipality's Zoning Department and the District Agriculture and Forestry Directorate conducted an inspection at a business. During the inspection, it was determined that the business, which was engaged in chicken cutting activities, was unlicensed, lacked food approval certificates, and did not operate in accordance with hygiene regulations.
THE COST OF DISGUSTING IMAGES WAS HIGH
During the inspection, expired products were also found, and chicken products that were cut in violation of regulations were confiscated.
The confiscated products were handed over to the relevant units for destruction. The business, which was ordered to cease operations, was sealed and closed by the teams of the Çayırova Municipality's Zoning Department. It was reported that legal proceedings regarding the incident are ongoing.
