According to the information received, the family living in the Çağlayan neighborhood of Istanbul took their 10-month-old baby, Poyraz Ali Aksungur, to a private hospital after he fell ill.
INVESTIGATION INITIATED
The family filed a criminal complaint with the prosecutor's office, claiming that the baby was discharged without a diagnosis, and when he was taken back to the hospital, he was given an injection and sent home without being admitted with a diagnosis of "Rotavirus," but he passed away at home.
It has been learned that the Istanbul Provincial Health Directorate has initiated an investigation into the incident based on the family's claim of "negligence."
