68-year-old Adnan Kutlutan, who suffers from Alzheimer's disease and was reported missing by his family, was found dead in the Harşit River. The incident occurred late at night in the Bağlarbaşı neighborhood of Gümüşhane. According to the information obtained, Adnan Kutlutan (68), who was living with his mother and sister, went out of the house late at night and was not heard from again.

After his family reported the situation to the police, a search operation was initiated in the area. During the search conducted by the police, the lifeless body of the elderly man was found by the Harşit River. Following the report, emergency medical services, firefighters, and police teams were dispatched to the area. The body of Kutlutan, who was single and was removed from the location by the teams, was taken to the Gümüşhane State Hospital morgue for the determination of the exact cause of death after the investigation at the scene.
