The details of the judicial process initiated by the Bakırköy Chief Public Prosecutor's Office were announced to the public via an official statement.
In the statement made by the Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, it was stated, "As reflected in the press, an investigation has been initiated ex officio by our Chief Public Prosecutor's Office against T.A. on charges of 'insulting the President' due to the remarks he made at a meeting he attended."
