On Monday, October 27, a 6.1 magnitude earthquake shook the Sındırgı district of Balıkesir, and this morning, another earthquake with a magnitude of 4.2 occurred. The tremor, which occurred at a depth of 13 km, caused great panic in the surrounding provinces as well.
Turkey continues to shake like a cradle after the earthquakes centered in Kahramanmaraş on February 6, while frightening news continues to come from the Sındırgı district of Balıkesir.
AFTERSHOCKS CONTINUE IN BALIKESIR SINDIRGI
After the earthquake measuring 6.1 that occurred on August 10, Sındırgı was shaken once again with a 6.1 magnitude on the evening of October 27, and aftershocks are being experienced.

Following the 4.1 magnitude earthquake that occurred in the district during the night, another tremor of 4.2 magnitude was experienced this morning at 07:18.
GREAT PANIC IN SURROUNDING PROVINCES
According to information on the website of the Disaster and Emergency Management Authority (AFAD), the tremor, which occurred at a depth of 12.9 kilometers, caused panic in surrounding provinces as well.
