In a fight that broke out at a nursing home in Gümüşhane, Cengiz Demirci (43) was shot by Dursun B. (41) with a gun and lost his life. The incident occurred in the morning at the Torul District Special Administration Nursing Home located in the Torul district. A dispute between Dursun B., a heavy machinery operator working at the nursing home, and his colleague Cengiz Demirci escalated for unknown reasons into a fight. During the fight, Dursun B. fired at Demirci with an unlicensed gun.
UNFORTUNATE MAN WAS MARRIED AND A FATHER OF 2 CHILDREN
Demirci, who collapsed to the ground in a pool of blood after being hit by the bullet, died at the scene. Dursun B. was taken into custody by the police teams who arrived after the notification. The body of Cengiz Demirci, who was married and a father of 2 children, was taken to the Forensic Medicine Institution's morgue for an autopsy after the prosecutor's examination.
