(b) Club officials may receive a ban of 150 to 400 days along with fines ranging from 292,500 TL to 1,237,500 TL for Super League club officials, from 157,500 TL to 675,000 TL for First League club officials, from 112,500 TL to 225,000 TL for Second League club officials, and from 67,500 TL to 157,500 TL for Third League club officials,

(c) Officials and other individuals may receive a ban from the locker room and bench for 10 to 15 matches or a ban of 90 to 300 days.

PENALTY AWAITING FRED AND FOTI

Fenerbahçe's midfielder Fred and assistant coach Salvatore Foti have been referred to the PFDK for insults under Article 41. These individuals also face a penalty of 2-5 matches. Article 41 is as follows:

(1) Those who insult, curse, threaten, or attack the personal rights of TFF or its members, match officials, players, officials, or other relevant clubs and individuals, or carry out these actions through media or social media;

(a) Players may receive a ban of 2 to 5 matches; if the actions are directed towards match officials, the ban may be 3 to 7 matches,

(c) Officials and other individuals may receive a ban from the locker room and bench for 2 to 5 matches; if the actions are directed towards match officials, the ban may be 3 to 7 matches, or a ban of 21 to 50 days may be imposed, along with fines ranging from 50,000 TL to 500,000 TL depending on the severity of the act.

(2) Those who spit at individuals other than match officials may receive a ban of 4 to 6 matches, a ban from the locker room and bench, or a ban of 45 to 90 days. If this act is directed towards match officials, the ban may be 8 to 12 matches, a ban from the locker room and bench, or a ban of 90 to 180 days.

(3) If the actions specified in the first paragraph are carried out through the clubs' media outlets (especially official websites, club televisions) or social media accounts, clubs may be fined between 600,000 TL and 1,800,000 TL for the Super League, between 330,000 TL and 900,000 TL for the First League, between 180,000 TL and 330,000 TL for the Second League, and between 90,000 TL and 180,000 TL for the Third League.

(4) The bans from matches, locker rooms, and benches mentioned in this article cannot be converted into monetary fines.

POSSIBLE PENALTY FOR MARIO BRANCO

Fenerbahçe's Sports Director Mario Branco has also been referred to the PFDK for violating Article 46 (Acting against the regulations). Article 46 is as follows:

Individuals or clubs that violate the provisions of the legislation related to football, TFF regulations, or the rules of the game will be punished with the disciplinary penalties specified in this instruction, unless there is a separate penalty provision for this matter. In cases where there are no special provisions regarding monetary fines in the instructions and statutes, a monetary fine of up to 5,000,000 TL may be imposed, and in cases where there are no special provisions regarding bans, the duration of the ban will be determined based on the nature and severity of the incident, with a minimum of one year for temporary or permanent bans from matches or entry to the locker room and bench.

(2) Clubs that do not participate in leagues or cups organized by the TFF will be punished with a relegation penalty unless there is a contrary regulation.
