A young food engineer working at a five-star hotel in Antalya suddenly fell ill and was taken to the hospital. However, despite all the interventions made at the hospital, the young engineer could not be saved.

A 24-year-old food engineer, Osman Süzen, who suddenly fell ill while working at a 5-star hotel in Antalya, has passed away. The incident occurred yesterday at a 5-star hotel located in the Manavgat district, where Osman Süzen (24), who had recently started his job as a food engineer, suddenly collapsed. While his colleagues reported the situation to the 112 Emergency Call Center, the hotel’s health team provided the first intervention to the young food engineer. The 112 Emergency Medical team, which arrived at the hotel where Süzen worked, transported the young engineer to the hospital while his colleagues stayed by his side. Despite all the interventions made at a private hospital in Manavgat, the young engineer could not be saved.

It was learned that the young engineer had no known health issues, and his family and relatives rushed to the hospital upon receiving the news of his death. While Süzen's family experienced a nervous breakdown upon hearing the sad news, his body was taken to the Antalya Forensic Medicine Institute morgue for an autopsy to determine the exact cause of death. Süzen's body was handed over to his family and relatives today after the procedures at the Antalya Forensic Medicine Institute morgue and was taken to the Akseki district for burial.
