Measures have been taken to implement new incentives to prevent the decline of the population in Turkey. While a new bill is expected to be brought to the Parliament to increase fertility rates, details have also emerged.
RIGHT TO BE A CIVIL SERVANT WITHOUT KPSS FOR MOTHERS WITH THREE CHILDREN
Women who give birth to a third child will be granted the right to work in public institutions. For women with three children, the Public Personnel Selection Exam (KPSS) will not be required. However, it is expected that the application procedures and principles, as well as the institutions to be assigned, will be jointly determined by the Presidential Human Resources Office and the Ministry of Family and Social Services, except for the provisions related to exams for the positions or roles they will be appointed to.
Candidates must not have been convicted of disgraceful crimes, must not be banned from public service, and must meet general health requirements. According to news from NTV, it is expected that the rightful owners will be determined by the Ministry of Family and Social Services, and appointments will be made by lottery.
HERE ARE THE POSITIONS WHERE APPOINTMENTS WILL BE MADE
Candidates will be able to use the appointment right once under the law. Educational background will be taken into account in appointments. Primary school, middle school, and elementary education graduates will be appointed to positions with the title of service personnel, while secondary and higher education graduates will be appointed to positions with the title of civil servant suitable for their educational background. The relevant bill is expected to be discussed in the Planning and Budget Commission shortly.
