According to the meteorological warnings, the weather is turning around during Ramadan Feast. While rainy weather is expected across the country throughout the holiday, snowfall will be observed in some provinces starting from the first day of the holiday, which is Friday, March 20.

According to the latest forecasts from the General Directorate of Meteorology, rainy and cool weather will be effective across the country during the Ramadan Feast. It is expected that the rains, which will start on the day before the feast, will continue intermittently throughout the holiday, while temperatures are predicted to be a few degrees below seasonal norms.

SNOW AND HEAVY RAIN WARNING ISSUED

According to forecasts, precipitation across the country will mostly be in the form of rain and heavy showers. However, mixed rain and snow will be effective in the high regions of the inner parts and in Eastern Anatolia. The meteorology department has issued warnings for snow and heavy rain, especially for some provinces.

The country will be mostly very cloudy. Rain is expected in all regions except for İzmir, Aydın, Trabzon, Rize, and Artvin.

The country will be rainy. Generally, rain and heavy showers are expected, while thunderstorms are anticipated along the coastal areas. In the inner and eastern parts, mixed rain and snow will be effective in some areas.

WEATHER CONDITIONS IN THREE MAJOR CITIES

In all three major cities, partly and very cloudy weather will be effective throughout the feast. In Ankara, temperatures will range from 3 to 16 degrees, with intermittent heavy showers expected. In Istanbul, temperatures are predicted to range from 6 to 13 degrees, with rain being effective. In İzmir, heavy rain is expected on the first day, while very cloudy weather is prominent on the other days, with temperatures ranging from 12 to 18 degrees.
