Beşiktaş announced that Elan Ricardo, who joined the team during the transfer window, has sustained an injury. The 21-year-old player has been diagnosed with a strain and bleeding in his right hamstring. The Colombian midfielder has started his treatment, and he is expected to be sidelined for approximately 3 weeks.
Beşiktaş announced that their 21-year-old Colombian midfielder Elan Ricardo, who was added to the squad during the transfer window, has been injured.
THERE IS STRAIN AND BLEEDING IN HIS MUSCLE
The statement made by the black-and-white team regarding Ricardo's injury is as follows;
"In the training session held yesterday (April 1) by our Football A Team, our player Elan Ricardo, who felt pain in the posterior thigh muscle group, was evaluated and an MRI scan conducted at Acıbadem Altunizade Hospital revealed strain and bleeding in the posterior thigh muscle (biceps femoris). Treatment for Elan Ricardo has been initiated by our medical team."
HOW LONG WILL HE BE OUT OF THE FIELDS?
Following this development, it has also been determined how long Elan Ricardo will be away from the fields. Due to the injury the young player has sustained, he is expected to be out for approximately 3 weeks.
HE HAS NOT PLAYED IN A OFFICIAL MATCH
Elan Ricardo, one of the two star candidates that Beşiktaş added to their squad along with Keny Arroyo during the transfer window, has not yet played in any official match despite joining the team 2 months ago.
