Bahçeli: After the second meeting of the DEM with İmralı, it should be declared unconditionally that the PKK is finished.

On December 28, Saturday, the DEM Party delegation, which met with terrorist leader Abdullah Öcalan in İmralı, continues its political party visits, while a striking call came from MHP leader Bahçeli ahead of the upcoming second İmralı meeting.

BAHCELI'S STRIKING CALL

Speaking at his party's group meeting, MHP Chairman Devlet Bahçeli stated, "The contacts of the DEM Party are commendable. It should be stated without any conditions that the second meeting between the DEM delegation and İmralı will confirm that the organizational existence of the PKK has ended, and this bloody page has been closed at the cost of many sacrifices."

"WE ARE NOT HELPLESS, WE ARE NOT DEVASTATED, WE ARE NOT WEAK"

We do not wander on the edge of a contradictory style. We say what we believe. Because we think of the future of our dear country and serve its independence. We are intensifying our fortifications against the scenarios of dark imperialism that are opening fronts around us.

"LIVING WITHOUT TURKEY ON THE 12 ISLANDS IS A COMPLETE FANTASY"

The militarization of non-military islands is a challenge to Turkey. It is dragging the Aegean into a vortex of confrontation. Among the 7 island groups in the Aegean, the showing of weapons by Greece, especially on the 12 Islands, which are closest to the Anatolian geography, will have tragic consequences both militarily and politically. The 12 Islands have been seized and stolen from the Turkish nation through tricks. Even if Turkey lives without the 12 Islands, it is a complete fantasy for the 12 Islands to live without Turkey. There is nothing to be gained by pursuing an aggressive policy on the opposite shore of the Aegean. Turkey will never give up its sovereign rights in its blue homeland. I advise the Athens administration to be cautious. I believe that peace will benefit everyone.

With cautious optimism, we will hopefully raise the bar in a just struggle that will not harm the blessed existence of our state. In order to establish the well-being of the new century, we will fulfill the sacrifices required. We know that there can be no development without change. Those who cannot change their minds cannot change anything. We say Turkey is a leading country; we believe that superpower Turkey is rising like the sun. We must unload the baggage that slows us down.

"WE HAVE NEVER LOOKED AT OUR KURDISH BROTHERS WITH SUSPICION"

No matter what we did, we could never explain ourselves. We have never looked at our Kurdish brothers with suspicion. We have never seen them as the other. For a long time, our Kurdish brothers have been slandering us. They wanted to sow discord among us. They spread every lie and slander. We have always defended that we are the Turkish nation together. What did I say on June 6, 2011, in Diyarbakır: "You are equal, honorable, and irreplaceable members of the Turkish nation. You are everything to us. Those in Washington cannot love you more than I do, and the peshmerga in Erbil cannot embrace you more than I do. The fate of the Turk and the Kurd has been written together."

We have not compromised from this view. They continuously feed the armed bandits in our mountains. On one side is the Turkish nation, and on the other side is the Crusader mentality. They hope that we will break apart. They want us to take sides in a brotherly conflict. They are trying to sow discord among us. They have not achieved their goals while we are together, and they know they will not. Now they want results by dividing us. They will not succeed in their ambitions; they will never be able to divide us. The end of the treacherous separatist organization that has been active for decades to build a wall of blood between us and our Kurdish brothers has come. The PKK/YPG terrorist organization is neither the guardian nor the declaration of existence of our Kurdish brothers. The attempts of separatist terrorism to stab the brotherhood of Turks and Kurds have now failed.

"THE DAWN OF A TERROR-FREE TURKEY HAS BROKEN"

The dawn of a terror-free Turkey has broken. The contacts and visits of the DEM delegation have taken place positively. In this context, everyone who sends a message alongside a terror-free Turkey is a part of a valuable effort. The time has come to defend rights and justice without delay. There is no other remedy than cutting the vein of separatism, cleaning the weeds, and simultaneously uniting in our common history and culture.

After the second meeting between the DEM delegation and İmralı, it must be stated without any conditions that the organizational existence of the PKK has ended. This is our clear and uncompromising expectation. PKK terrorists must either bury their weapons, surrender, or face their inevitable end. There can be no bargaining with terrorism. Negotiation is not possible. Only struggle is possible. The east of the Euphrates must be freed from terrorism or saved. The PKK/YPG must leave Syria and its organizational identity must be terminated. The announcements of some turncoats that two states and two flags will be desired are merely a theatrical display of rhetoric. Is there anyone who does not know that those who talk about the right of the sword do not understand what the right of the sword is?
