Baykar launched its first satellite into space as part of its space project. Baykar sent its satellite named "FGN-100-d1," developed by its subsidiary Fergani Space, into orbit with SpaceX's Transporter-12 mission. LAUNCH WAS SUCCESSFULFGN-100-d1 was successfully launched into space along with 131 other payloads from Vandenberg Space Force Base in California, USA, using the Falcon 9 rocket. "WE HAVE STARTED SPACE STUDIES"Selçuk Bayraktar, Chairman of the Board of Baykar, stated, "After reaching our 20-year goal, the target has been pushed a bit further, and we have started space studies," and explained that they aim to build a global positioning system as part of the Fergani project, which has been ongoing for about 2 years.
