Beşiktaş has made a decision regarding the future of Felix Uduokhai, who was brought into the squad on loan with a purchase option at the beginning of the season.

OPTION 5 MILLION EUROS

Uduokhai, who was loaned from Bundesliga team Augsburg at the beginning of the season and has a conditional purchase option of 5 million euros in his contract, has been regularly playing since the day he arrived. Uduokhai has exceeded expectations with his successful performance.

TRANSFER FEE WILL BE PAID

The 27-year-old defender, who has played in 7 matches in the Trendyol Super League and 3 matches in the UEFA Europa League, has remained on the field for 90 minutes in all of these matches. The black-and-white management and head coach Giovanni van Bronckhorst definitely want to keep Uduokhai in the squad. In this regard, it has been decided to utilize the German footballer's purchase option of 5 million euros.

3-YEAR CONTRACT

The black-and-whites will most likely make the payment of 5 million euros to Augsburg at the end of the season, and Uduokhai's transfer fee will be paid. The successful defender, who is of Nigerian descent, will then sign a new contract for at least 3 years. A contract with Uduokhai is expected to be valid until June 2028.
