Iran's missile attacks targeting Israel's central regions have collapsed the sewage infrastructure in the city of Petah Tikva, near Tel Aviv. As a result of the missiles hitting the area and damaging the underground networks, the sewage lines burst, covering the city in a heavy odor and a layer of sludge.

The intense missile attacks carried out by Iran against Israel caused significant infrastructure damage in the city of Petah Tikva, near Tel Aviv. The missiles that hit the area burst sewage lines, making the streets impassable.

SEWAGE WASTES SPILLED INTO THE STREETS

Petah Tikva, one of the targets of the missiles launched from Iran, suffered heavy damage after the attack. In the footage, it can be seen that the underground water and sewage network was severely impacted by the explosions, and the roads were covered with muddy water and sewage waste.

VEHICLES GOT STUCK IN MUD

Vehicles on the street at the time of the attack were caught in the midst of gushing water from burst pipes and craters formed by the tremors. City residents experienced difficult moments due to the rising water level in the darkness of the night and the mud covering the roads. In the moments of panic reflected in the footage, it was observed that local residents gathered around their damaged vehicles and watched the severity of the situation.

Moreover, the smell emitted by the sewage waste also made the environment uninhabitable.

HEAVY DAMAGE TO THE NETWORK

According to local sources, in addition to the electricity and water outages in the region following the attack, the collapse of the sewage system raises concerns for public health. It is expected that municipal teams will begin work to clear the debris caused by the missiles and repair the burst lines, but the risk of continued attacks complicates the efforts.
