Forensic reports have emerged in the drug investigation involving celebrities. While the test results of 7 individuals, including Didem Soydan, came back positive, the results of 4 individuals, including Kerim Sabancı and Güzide Duran, were reported as negative.

7 PEOPLE INCLUDING DIDEM SOYDAN TESTED POSITIVE As part of the investigation conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, blood and hair samples were taken from Didem Soydan, Onur Talay, İsmail Berhan Perinçekli, Mustafa Tari, Ferhat Aydın, Koray Serenli, and Ozan Gümüş on March 27 at the Forensic Medicine Institution, and their test results came back positive.
4 NAMES TESTED NEGATIVE The tests of 4 individuals who provided samples as part of the investigation returned negative results. Accordingly, no illegal substances were found in the samples taken from Kerim Sabancı, Güzide Duran Aksoy, and Onur Bükçü. It was noted that the hair sample of Baturay Özdemir, who tested negative, contained the active ingredient "sertraline," which is used in medical antidepressant medications.
DRUG INVESTIGATION ON CELEBRITIES The Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office announced that on March 25, an arrest warrant was issued for 16 suspects for "possessing drugs for personal use or facilitating drug use," and that simultaneous operations were carried out by police teams to capture the suspects. In the statement made by the prosecutor's office, it was reported that the individuals subject to the arrest warrant included; Fikret Orman, Güzide Aksoy (Güzide Duran), Hakan Sabancı, Kerim Sabancı, Hande Erçel, Burak Elmas, Sezgin Köysüren, Ferhat Aydın, Lütfiye Tuğçe Özbudak, Koray Serenli, Onur Bükçü, İsmail Behram Perinçekli, Kaan Mellart, Didem Soydan, Onur Talay, and Mustafa Tari. It was learned that 14 of the suspects were detained, while arrest warrants were issued for Kaan Mellart and Hande Erçel.
Among the suspects whose statements were taken at the prosecutor's office, Koray Serenli, Onur Talay, Sezgin Köysüren, Tuğçe Özbudak, and Mustafa Tari were sent to the peace criminal court with a request for arrest. The prosecutor's office referred Kerim Sabancı, Hakan Sabancı, Burak Elmas, Fikret Orman, Güzide Duran, and Didem Soydan to the peace criminal court with judicial control conditions of "prohibition of leaving the country," and Ferhat Aydın and İsmail Behram Perinçekli with "prohibition of leaving their residence." The suspect Onur Bükçü was released after his statement at the prosecutor's office.
4 PEOPLE HAD BEEN ARRESTED The peace criminal court decided to arrest the suspects Koray Serenli, Onur Talay, Sezgin Köysüren, and Mustafa Tari, while applying judicial control measures of "prohibition of leaving the country" and "house arrest" for Tuğçe Özbudak. The court also ruled for judicial control measures to be applied to Kerim Sabancı, Hakan Sabancı, Burak Elmas, Fikret Orman, Güzide Duran, Didem Soydan, Ferhat Aydın, and İsmail Behram Perinçekli as requested.
