A striking confession has come from Bill Gates, the founder of Microsoft, mentioned in the Epstein files. While Gates admitted to having met with convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, he claimed that this contact remained solely on a professional level. Gates stated that he never visited Epstein's private island and did not meet women through him, saying, "Spending time with him was a big mistake. I am not the only one who regrets knowing him."
Microsoft founder Bill Gates, whose name appeared in the files related to convicted sex offender American billionaire Jeffrey Epstein, made a notable statement after days of silence. Acknowledging his contact with Epstein, Gates expressed his regret by saying, "Spending time with him was a big mistake."
New documents regarding Jeffrey Epstein, who shook the world agenda with the pedophilia and prostitution network he established over the years, continue to emerge in the public domain.
His relationships with politics, the business world, and elite circles have taken the Epstein case far beyond an ordinary judicial investigation.
YESTERDAY DENIAL, TODAY ACCEPTANCE
Bill Gates, whose photos and correspondence appeared in the Epstein documents, had denied the allegations through his lawyers yesterday.
However, today, following a harsh statement from his ex-wife Melinda French Gates, a new evaluation came from Gates. Accepting his meetings with Epstein, Gates stated that this contact was a big mistake.
MELINDA GATES: THEY SHOULD BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE, NOT ME
In an interview, Melinda French Gates referred to the individuals mentioned in the Epstein files and stated: "No girl should have to endure the situation they were subjected to by Epstein and various people around him. I think we are experiencing a reckoning as a society. They should answer these questions, not me."
After this statement, all eyes turned directly to Bill Gates.
"I MET HIM IN 2011, IT WAS A BIG MISTAKE"
In a special interview with 9News Chief Political Editor Charles Croucher, Bill Gates responded to the allegations in the documents, stating that he met Jeffrey Epstein in 2011 and attended a few dinners over the course of about three years.
In his statement, Gates expressed: "He knew a lot of wealthy people and claimed he could raise money for global health projects. Looking back, I see that this was a dead end. Spending time with him was a big mistake."
"WE ONLY MET AT DINNERS"
Gates emphasized that his contact with Epstein was limited and professional, specifically stating that he never visited Epstein's private island and did not meet any women through Epstein:
"I only attended a few dinners. I never went to the island. I did not meet any women," he said.
STRONG RESPONSE TO EMAIL ALLEGATIONS
Among the newly released documents are draft messages found in Epstein's email account containing allegations that Gates arranged meetings with women.
Firmly denying these allegations, Gates said: "It seems that Jeffrey wrote himself an email. This email was never sent and is completely false. I don't know if he was trying to attack me."
"I'M NOT THE ONLY ONE REGRETTING KNOWING HIM"
Bill Gates also emphasized that he is not the only person regretting his contact with Epstein, stating, "I am one of many who regret knowing him. As more information comes to light, it will become clearer that spending time with him was a mistake."
