Due to the Eid al-Adha holiday from June 6 to 9, no fees will be charged for highway and bridge crossings under the responsibility of KGM. Additionally, public transportation in Istanbul, Ankara, and Izmir will also be free. The decision regarding this matter has been published in the Official Gazette and has come into effect.

NO FEES WILL BE CHARGED FOR BRIDGES AND HIGHWAYS
Accordingly, due to the holiday, the highways under the responsibility of KGM, as well as the 15 July Martyrs and Fatih Sultan Mehmet bridges, will provide free service. These bridges and highways will be free from 00:00 on June 5, Thursday, until the end of the day on June 9, Monday.
PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION IS ALSO FREE
Additionally, citizens will be able to benefit from public transportation services provided by Başkentray, Marmaray, İZBAN, the Sirkeci-Kazlıçeşme rail system line, and the Gayrettepe-Istanbul Airport-Arnavutköy metro line free of charge from 00:00 on June 6, Friday, until the end of the day on June 9, Monday. Furthermore, build-operate-transfer projects are excluded from the free passage application.
